CULINARY COLLAB WITH TOM PARKER AND HIS TEAM FROM THE WHITE SWAN
On the 26th of April, we had an amazing night with Tom Parker and the team from the White Swan at Fence. With the recent award of Tim’s Michelin Star, welcoming Tom Parker, who also has one Michelin Star, made the evening very special indeed. Tom has already had an esteemed career and has become one of the North West’s most celebrated chefs. He was the ideal candidate for our latest Collab.
Our ‘Two Chef Evenings’ give both chefs the opportunity to flex their culinary muscles, whilst sharing ideas. The menu for the evening certainly demonstrated the depth of talent in the kitchen. The food was of course, paired with some wonderful wines, from some of the world’s best wine-producing regions. The perfect compliment to the amazing food.
